Fuzzdolly was established in Stevens Point, WI, in 1994, incorporating original members Tim Benn (drums and vocals), Matt Gillis (guitar and vocals), Dennis Jackson (guitar and vocals), and Shannon Schober (bass and vocals). The passing of later-era bassist Dan Dieterich on New Year’s Day 2021 prompted the original Fuzzdolly lineup to reunite. This reunion culminated in the long-anticipated release of their first new music in 25 years, alongside two additional albums of brand-new material in 2022. As of 2024, Fuzzdolly consists of Matt Gillis and Tim Benn. The first of two planned releases for 2024, the "Spider Eyes" EP, was launched on March 1, 2024.
